The Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter service was founded in 1987 and has touched the lives of almost 10,000 patients since its inception.

Based at the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter Hangar at the Waikato Hospital in Pembroke Street, Hamilton, the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter provides a 24-hour emergency service, 365 days a year.

Our sponsorship helps each centre

• Develop programmes for young players
• Promote the netball in the community
• Contribute to the health and wellbeing of people in our local communities

Duffy Books in Homes programme

As part of our ongoing commitment to empowering the young people of our region to reach their full potential, we support the Duffy Books in Homes programme.

Throughout the programme, primary school children select books to take home and keep. The intention is to break the cycle of children who can’t read and who later become adults who can’t communicate well.

Trust Waikato Community Pool

We are an official sponsor for the Trust Waikato Community Pool, based in Taumarunui. Through a yearly contribution to the pool, we help make it possible for young people and their families to learn the life-saving skill of swimming while having fun in the water all year long.
