If you are having difficulty paying your account or you are facing disconnection, you can provide us with the names of any authorised contacts who have agreed to assist you at these times.
You can nominate a next of kin, friend or a social agency to be an authorised contact.
They would be a person or organisation, chosen by you, with whom we can discuss details of your account. They could also communicate on your behalf and ensure you fully understand the situation, or they may choose to provide financial assistance if needed.
If we are not able to contact you directly at any time, we would try to contact the person you have nominated.
